Before being presented to you, all candidates are:

We also make sure you know everything about the candidate before the interview. So, not only will you receive their CV, you get our own comprehensive interview notes on the applicant too. This means we’ll never waste your time by putting forward someone unsuitable for the job.

Contingency Recruitment

If you require a continuous flow of candidates, for example, for a call centre, then contingency may be right for you.

For every candidate we put forward, we screen out an average of ten unsuitable for the role. And with our current success rate from candidate submitted to placement better than 2:1, you won’t have to waste your time sifting through countless CVs and undertaking interviews with the unsuitable applicants.
